Quick Tips To Help Your Brain Health
So before you get ready to completely freak out, get your levels tested. In the meantime here are some quick tips you can do at home to start to help yourself and see if you feel better.
- Eat some fish that contains Omega 3’s but are low in mercury such as; salmon, herring, anchovies, freshwater trout, and pacific mackerel.
- Learn a new language – your brain loves a challenge and so the neurons will fire more frequently.
- Do a puzzle – the brain loves to solve problems.
- Walk outside – your brain gets bored with four walls a floor and a ceiling. Being outside actually excites the brain for new sights, sounds, and smells.
- Dance – even if you have two left feet your brain will love you for it.
- Sing or hum – you don’t have to be the next greatest artist but singing causes the brain and the lungs to be challenged and who doesn’t love a challenge!
